These Green Seal Certified products include floor care, air freshener, general purpose cleaner and so much more!

So how good are these cleaners? The Cleveland Clinic Hospital uses these same cleaners!

Cancellation Fee

Due to many last minute canceled appointments Top-Notch Cleaning will now be charging a $20 cancellation fee. If a client cancels an appointment or doesn’t call in advance of 24 hours the $20 fee will be assessed. Every time a client calls a few hours before their appointment or just turns us away not only does the business lose revenue but our cleaners lose hours they count on. Thank you for your cooperation.

2013 Year In Review – THANK YOU!

It has been an amazing first year at Top-Notch Cleaning and I wanted to take a moment to update you on our growth as a company and most importantly personally THANK YOU.

Last New Year I was busy trying to find an office and figure out how to write a business plan. In February, Top-Notch had only three employees (counting me) and one company vehicle. Thanks to our valued Customers, Top-Notch Cleaning now employs twenty hardworking, dedicated and local individuals and has paid over $40,000 in local, state and federal taxes.

Top-Notch Cleaning proudly announced in November the Mother’s Touch Cleaning program. Any individual currently battling cancer is eligible for one free cleaning. The only thing we ask is that the recipient live within thirty minutes of the St. Clairsville, OH area. It is very fulfilling to be giving back to the community in such a meaningful way.

I would be mistaken to not thank our valued Customers. We typically send out five cleaning crews a day to do our residential clients. Top-Notch cleans hundreds of local homes each month and I want to THANK YOU for allowing us into your home.

Our commercial Customers are the back bone of our business and we have had the pleasure to work with many prominent and well respected local businesses. I’m sure to miss someone but I want to name a few: AAA Homes, Briarcliff Apartments, Citizens Bank, Comcast, Dr. Sara Lancione, Elm Grove Dodge, Holy Family Daycare, Ohio Valley Guidance, Paloma Offices, Pipeline Services, Purple Land Office, St. Clairsville City, Quality Carriers and Wayne Homes. THANK YOU for giving the “new kid” in town a chance to serve you.

I can’t wait to see what 2014 has in store for Top-Notch Cleaning but with our staff and you are valued clients it should be a great ride.
