To our valued customer:

I am saddened to be writing to you that we will be closing our Cambridge, OH location. This in no way affects our original Ohio Valley office.

Our last day of cleaning, staff permitting, will be Friday January 26th. We hope to complete this month’s cleanings as scheduled, allowing you time to research other cleaning options. More importantly, this will allow our team members several weeks to hopefully locate their next endeavor. Top-Notch has offered continued employment at our Ohio Valley office to all staff.

This decision has been excruciating to come to and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. I want to say THANK YOU for allowing us the opportunity to work with you and address your cleaning needs.

Please send your final payments to our Ohio Valley office at 887 National Road Bridgeport, OH 43912. We will be forwarding our mail in case you forget. The Cambridge office phone 740-801-1040 will be available through mid-February. Any questions you may have now or in the future can also be directed to myself at 740-526-6861 or austin@tnclean.com.

Our card processing company Elavon Banking reset our settings on a system update. If you have tried unsuccessfully to make a payment in the last week we apologize for the inconvenience. The account settings have been reset and we are able to accept payments online and over the phone.
