*Rate increase letters will be mailed out with your Aug 1st (July Cleanings) invoice. The new rate will take effect August 1st and be shown on your Sept 1st (August Cleanings) invoice.

Office Flooding

No parking or power but thanks to our amazing managers and team almost all scheduled clients have staff on the way!

Spring Clean?

Closed Friday

Tomorrow (Friday 1-19-24) both offices will be closed for dayshift/residential clients due to the forecasted snow.

We will make a decision on afternoon/commercial cleanings tomorrow as the day goes along.

Winter Weather

Good winter morning everyone! The Cambridge office and some of our Ohio Valley cleanings have been cancelled today due to weather. The Ohio Valley office is running a few crews on dayshift.

Both offices plan on running our full commercial crews later this afternoon.

To our valued customer:

I am saddened to be writing to you that we will be closing our Cambridge, OH location. This in no way affects our original Ohio Valley office.

Our last day of cleaning, staff permitting, will be Friday January 26th. We hope to complete this month’s cleanings as scheduled, allowing you time to research other cleaning options. More importantly, this will allow our team members several weeks to hopefully locate their next endeavor. Top-Notch has offered continued employment at our Ohio Valley office to all staff.

This decision has been excruciating to come to and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. I want to say THANK YOU for allowing us the opportunity to work with you and address your cleaning needs.

Please send your final payments to our Ohio Valley office at 887 National Road Bridgeport, OH 43912. We will be forwarding our mail in case you forget.
